What you'll work on

  • Definition of market targets
  • Support Sales and Marketing for definition of value for customers, identification of competitive advantages, product differentiation and positioning
  • Product lifecycle management
  • Generation and selection of product ideas
  • Benchmarking of competitor products
  • Development and testing of the product concept before development
  • Definition of product range
  • Definition of product requirements/characteristics
  • Monitoring of product development and industrialization activities (consistency with positioning and planning)
  • Definition of product design, packaging, documentation in alignment with the relevant Depts
  • Proposal of average prices/base price-lists
  • Periodic review of margins and proposal of pricelist review
  • Supports the evaluation of requests about product customizations
  • Product launch and promotion
  • Supports Customer Success and Content teams for market test/field test
  • Ensures Supply Chain readiness and alignment (preseries, ramp-up)
  • Supports Customer Success and Marketing teams for the promotion/training of products to the sales network
  • Budgeting and participation in the definition of the OPEX and CAPEX budget for the organizational unit

What you bring

  • BS/MS in Engineering or other technical related fields
  • 5-10 yrs experience in developing electronic architecture, microprocessors and microcontrollers
  • Technical product knowledge
  • Experience in Product lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of Altium, KiCAD, Jira and Atlassian
  • Knowledge of C++, Python and mircoPython
  • Fluent in verbal and written english
  • Coachablity and result driven attitude; capability to transform ideas into action and go for the extra mile
  • Business acumen and proven record to build strong relationships with customer at C-level
  • Leadership attitude, motivate and influence others to reach the goal
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with Arduino products
  • Knowledge of Golang
