Our PRO Business Unit is looking for a Product Manager who is genuinely excited about our mission and about expanding our offering of professional products and services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and passionate team of designers and engineers to develop new products for professional use, including electronic boards, shields, kits, software and cloud solutions, and to improve the existing well-known ones.

Your mission will be to manage the Product Life Cycle of the assigned product lines from first concept to phase out.

This position will be based out of our operational headquarters in Turin, Italy.

The expectation for the right candidate in this role are to fulfill the following:

Definition of market targets

  • Support BU Leader and Marketing for definition of value for customers
  • Support BU Leader and Marketing for identification of competitive advantages
  • Support BU Leader and Marketing for the solution differentiation and positioning

Product lifecycle management

  • Generation and selection of product ideas
  • Benchmarking of competitor products
  • Development and testing of the product concept before development
  • Product positioning
  • Definition of product range
  • Definition of product requirements/characteristics
  • Monitoring of product development and industrialization activities (consistency with positioning and planning)
  • Definition of product design, packaging, documentation in alignment with the relevant Depts
  • Proposal of average prices/base price-lists
  • Periodic review of margins and proposal of pricelist review
  • Supports the evaluation of requests about product customizations

Product launch and promotion

  • Supports Customer Success and Content teams for market test/field test
  • Ensures Supply Chain readiness and alignment (preseries, ramp-up)
  • Supports Customer Success and Marketing teams for the promotion/training of products to the sales network


  • Participate in the definition of the OPEX and CAPEX budget for the organizational unit
