Arduino is looking for a Junior Application Technician with knowledge in electronics and programming of microcontrollers, familiar with Arduino and passionate about education, to join the Customer Support for Education Team.

Applicants should be ready to face technical questions from teachers and maker enthusiasts around the world. As part of the customer support for the education team, you get to work with our educational products in order to improve the learning experience based on the constant communication with the Arduino education community. Therefore we are looking for a dynamic person who can evaluate hardware and software questions to generate clear answers to our customers, and eventually report to the product development team for education.

We are looking for service-minded individuals with the ability of explaining complex technical terms in an easy way. The main language for customer support for education is English along with Spanish and Italian however any other additional languages is a plus.

Location: Arduino’s Swedish office in Malmö, Sweden.
